Today I’m on the Ink Blot Shop blog sharing my Sending Hugs card using their new Crafty Hearts stamp set!
To create the background, I embossed the stamp with white embossing powder. I water colored the alternating lines with Distress Oxides. I colored in the heart with Copic markers that matched the background.
